About ConvertCSVtoQBO

Free converters that get bank transactions into QuickBooks, Quicken and spreadsheets, without uploading your financial files anywhere.

What we do

Banks hand out transactions in whatever format suits them: a CSV with its own column layout, a PDF statement, an OFX or QFX file, or an old QIF export. Accounting software only accepts certain formats. ConvertCSVtoQBO closes that gap. You drop in the file you have and download the file your software needs.

Every converter is free, with no sign-up and no watermark.

Why everything runs in your browser

Bank statements are some of the most sensitive files a person or business has. Most online converters ask you to upload them to a server. We think that is the wrong trade-off for a file conversion.

Every converter on this site runs entirely inside your web browser. Your file is read and converted on your own computer and is never sent to us or to anyone else. You can see the details in our privacy policy.

Who it is for

Bookkeepers and accountants catching up on a client's books, small business owners whose bank doesn't connect to QuickBooks, people moving years of history into a new company file or a new app, and anyone who would otherwise retype transactions by hand.

Get in touch

Found a bank file the converter doesn't read correctly, or have an idea for a format we should support? Email us at hello@convertcsvtoqbo.com. We read every message.

Please don't attach real bank statements. If a file isn't converting, describe the problem or send a copy with the amounts and names changed.
