Your files stay on your computer
Every converter on this site runs inside your web browser. The files you convert, including bank statements, CSV files, QuickBooks files and any PDF passwords, are read and converted on your own device. They are never uploaded to our servers or to anyone else, and we cannot see them.
What we collect
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors found the site, the type of device and browser, the approximate location based on IP address, and simple events such as a file being converted or downloaded. These events record the type of conversion and the number of transactions, never file names, file contents or transaction details.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click so we can find confusing parts of the site. The converter area is fully masked in these recordings, so your transactions, file names and account details are never captured. Clarity uses cookies like Google Analytics does, and Microsoft describes its handling of this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with an ad blocker, and the converters will keep working. Google's use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs and aggregate traffic statistics to keep the site running and secure.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, ask you to create an account, or collect your name, email address or payment details. If that changes, for example if we add paid features, we'll update this page first.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
